Project description:


The aim of this project is to create a unified human resource information system (HRIS) or human resource management system (HRMS) used by all hr general departments in government entities, which leads to realize the third theme of Saudi 2030 vision Ambitious Nation Effectively Governed “effective e-government”

Project Scope:

  • Unified HRMS.
  • Business Process Management (BPMs).
  • Big Data Management.
  • Utilizing and using cloud-computing tools such as Infrastructure as a service (IaaS) in public entities.
  • Performance and talent management.
  • Change management.
  • Establishing communication channels and simplifying procedures.
  • Fostering fairness, and prompting the concepts of    transparency and accountability.
